Help

One screen: the pitch in the middle, the tools on the left (at the bottom on a phone), the details of what you selected on the right (a sheet that slides up on a phone), and the frames underneath. Everything saves itself as you work.

Players

Pick the Players tool (P). Each team's bench is in the side panel: drag a player onto the pitch, or tap one and then tap the pitch, and the next player is ready for the next tap. Select a player to change their number, name, role or photo, turn their facing, copy them, or send them back to the bench. Teams and squads sets each team's colours, pattern and marker shape, its players, and saves squads for other boards. Formations places a team in one of 49 formations, or in your own, saved from the board.

Equipment, drawings and text

The Equipment tool (E) puts down balls, goals, cones, mannequins, flags, ladders, hurdles, poles, bibs and rings in any colour; turn them in 45° steps and make them bigger or smaller. The Draw tool (D) drags out free lines, lines, curves, rectangles, ellipses and polygons, solid, dotted or wavy, with an arrow, a stop bar or a cross at the end. Select a drawing to move its points. The Text tool (T) writes text; double-click a text to change it.

Selecting

With the Select tool (V), tap an item, Shift-tap to add more, or drag a box around several. Move them together, copy, paste, duplicate, turn, resize, bench or delete them. Snap to grid keeps moves on a grid. Zoom with the buttons, the mouse wheel or two fingers.

Animation

The + under the pitch adds a frame: a copy of this one. Move things in the new frame and Play shows the moves, each frame lasting 1.5 s (change it beside the frames) with the moves in its first third. The previous frame shows faintly with each move's path; drag the dot in the middle of a selected item's path to curve it. A move carries on into later frames where the item had not moved yet.

Boards and files

Boards lists every board with a picture of its first frame, with search, sorting and tags. Save a board as a file to send to another coach, who opens it here. Back up everything saves all boards, squads and formations in one file to restore on another computer. A backup from the old version of this app opens here too.

Export

Export makes a picture of this frame or a video of the whole animation, with your club's name and logo in the corner, to share or download.

Ask an AI

Ask an AI copies a prompt for any AI chat: how the board works, the format of its changes, this board, and what you asked for. Paste the chat's answer back and it is applied to the board as one step that Undo takes back; anything the AI got wrong is listed in plain words. Nothing is sent anywhere by this app.

Keyboard

V, P, E, D and T pick the tools. Delete removes the selection; Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y redoes; Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V and Ctrl+D copy, paste and duplicate; Ctrl+A selects everything. The arrow keys nudge the selection (Shift for bigger steps), or change frame when nothing is selected. Space plays, + and − zoom, 0 shows the whole pitch, and Escape deselects or closes a panel.
